- Customer account data: for the duration of your account plus 2 years following account closure
- Marketing preferences and opt-outs: indefinitely (to ensure we respect your preferences)
- Correspondence and complaints: up to 6 years from resolution
- Technical/log data and analytics: typically 26 months
Once data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
