Ingredients

• 50ml spiced rum
• 25ml blackberry purée
• 100ml dry cider
• 20ml fresh lemon juice
• 10ml cinnamon syrup
• Ice
• Blackberries and cinnamon to garnish

Method

• Add rum, blackberry purée, lemon juice, and cinnamon syrup to a shaker with ice.
• Shake hard for 10–15 seconds.
• Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
• Top with dry cider.
• Stir gently and garnish with blackberries and cinnamon.
