Harvest Mule
A cosy, autumnal twist on the classic Moscow Mule. It brilliantly balances crisp, dry cider, spicy ginger beer, and smooth vodka to create a citrus apple delight that comes with a kick!
Ingredients
- 50ml vodka
- 120ml dry cider
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- 60ml ginger beer
- 2 dashes apple bitters
- Ice
- Apple and mint to garnish
Method
- Fill a mule mug or highball glass with ice.
- Add vodka, lime juice, and apple bitters.
- Pour in the cider and ginger beer.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with apple slices and mint.
